David Silva majestically guided Valencia to a 2-0 home win Sunday over Almeria, which keeps them third in La Liga.

A Winchester man faces up to 40 years in prison when he's sentenced in U.S. District Court on Tuesday for conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.
Raul Ezequiel Rosas-Garcia, 25, of Bufflick Road, Winchester, was arrested Sept. 3 at Delco Plaza in Frederick County after meeting an undercover investigator with the Northwest Virginia Regional Drug Task Force to deliver 7.5 ounces of cocaine in exchange for a 2001 Ford F-150 pickup, according to online court records.

Court system continues to defy copyright holders, ruling once again that noncommercial file-sharing in the country is legal, and also that links to infringing material is as well.
